Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vue Dating mobile applications (iOS and Android) and related websites (together, "Vue" or the "Service"). By creating an account or using Vue, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Vue.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vue. By using Vue, you confirm that you are 18 or older, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are legally allowed to use dating services where you live. Accounts created by users under 18 are not permitted and may be removed.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vue.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may deactivate your account in the app. For permanent deletion requests, contact support@vue.app from your registered email address.

You agree to treat others with respect. You may not:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or discriminate against other users
• Impersonate anyone or create fake / misleading profiles
• Post illegal, pornographic, or exploitative content
• Spam, scam, or solicit money or commercial services
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service
• Upload content you do not have the right to share

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules or put the community at risk.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Vue a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You must have the rights to share any photos, videos, or information you post.

Vue Premium is an optional paid auto-renewable subscription for digital features inside the app (such as premium matching benefits / unlimited matches). Pricing and duration are shown before you purchase.

iOS (Apple In-App Purchase)

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your Apple device.
• Refunds for Apple purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies.

Android (Google Play Billing)

• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription renews automatically unless canceled according to Google Play rules.
• Manage or cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• Refunds for Play purchases are handled by Google under Google's policies.

Website (Stripe)

Subscriptions purchased on the Vue website may be billed through Stripe. Manage or cancel web subscriptions from your Vue account / support channels. Website billing is separate from Apple or Google store purchases.

Premium access is granted while your subscription is active. Canceling stops future renewals; you generally keep access until the end of the paid period unless otherwise required by store policy.

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use Restore purchases on the Subscription screen (signed in with the same Vue account and the same Apple ID / Google account used for the original purchase) to restore an active store subscription.

Vue provides tools to block and report users. We review reports but cannot guarantee the conduct of any user. Use caution when meeting people offline. Never send money to someone you meet on Vue. Vue is not responsible for the actions of users outside the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, receive valid legal requests, or pose a risk to the community. Admin-blocked accounts may require contacting support@vue.app for review. We may also discontinue or change features of the Service at any time.

Vue is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee matches, uninterrupted service, or specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vue is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of Vue after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
